Client Extranet & Sierra Advisor
As a customer of Viseta you will gain access to our Client Extranet which contains valuable information regarding your ongoing projects, and our Viseta Advisor.
Client Extranet
The Client Extranet keeps our clients in the know when it comes to their projects. Along with our Viseta Advisor we provide both client and Viseta contacts for all projects. Projects are categorized into two groups: IT Support and Web Projects. IT Support projects contain equipment tracking where clients can view live statistics on all of their supported hardware. Web projects contain web design prototypes, shared documents, web tracking statistics, and links to the development site.
Viseta Advisor
The Viseta Advisor is our Helpdesk. Clients can enter help tickets at any time while they are logged in to the Client Extranet. All tickets generated will be sent directly to the project administrator.
With IT Support projects we give the client the ability to maintain and support their own network. We provide the necessary tasks such as backup notifications and virus alerts to keep the network running smoothly. Users of the network could log in to the Client Extranet and submit trouble tickets for network problems. These tickets would then go to the client administrator. At any time, if the administrator is unable to answer a ticket they can forward it directly to Viseta for help.
